Consultation
During your technology consultations, our team at Arracal will meet with you onsite or at our offices to work through your goals and understand your needs. During this time, we can review plans and answer any questions you may have. Think of us as your technology architect—it is never too early to start planning. This will ensure that together we create a solution that you will enjoy.
Systems Design & Engineering
During system design & engineering, our team is working from construction plans and your approved scope of work to complete a comprehensive design within budget. Along with a full set of design documentation, we are typically collaborating with your builder, designer, and other trades to ensure our work is well thought out and captures any changes as they arise. Through our process, you can feel confident that we’re creating a custom solution that will give you the best experience possible.
Lighting Design
With our lighting design services, we take a collaborative approach, working with our clients and the build team to ensure we’re creating a thoughtful space that is warm and inviting. We will select fixtures and determine a layout that enhances the natural beauty of your home. Our design work is done in tandem with our lighting control plan, so everything works seamlessly together to help ensure a great experience.
Project Management
Once we’ve determined a scope of work and created the design documentation that will support the installation, our project management team will coordinate with your build team and various trades working in your home or business to understand everyone's needs. They'll communicate with our internal teams and vendor partners to facilitate the completion of our work on time and on budget. At Arracal, we understand the importance of delivering on schedule.
Installation
An integral part of our commitment to deliver best in class systems for the modern smart home is the diligence and honed skills of our highly trained technical team. With years of education, installation experience, and troubleshooting we are able to implement complex systems in the home that operate easily, efficiently, and are consistently creating raving fans out of clients and design-build partners.
Programming
The finishing touch to the commissioning of a system is programming the interfaces our clients will be using to control everything we’ve installed. This can range from keypads, to remotes, to iPad apps and everything in-between. Our talented programmers are excellent when it comes to taking these systems and disparate products and rolling their control into one easy to use app or handheld remote and they are constantly innovating — figuring out more ways to improve the user experience.
